1. Service Description

OneVital Health is an AI-powered health platform that unifies biometric data from wearables, uploaded lab test results, supplement logs, and nutrition data into a single interface. Our software ingests, encrypts, and analyzes your data to deliver personalized protocols, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.

2. Frontier Mode & Medical Disclaimer

OneVital is not a medical device and has not been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All insights are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

Our optional Frontier Mode includes experimental protocols and research-grade interventions that may lack clinical validation. These are provided for educational purposes and are not endorsements of efficacy. Use of Frontier Mode is at your sole discretion and risk.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain one account per person.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the security of your device.
• Notify us immediately at privacy@onevitalhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OneVital solely for lawful, personal health optimization. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk exporting data.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Automated access via bots, scripts, or unauthorized integrations.
• Interfering with platform security, availability, or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within OneVital—including interface design, AI models, data visualizations, protocol cards, copywriting, and brand assets—is the exclusive property of OneVital Health. Using the platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property outside the limited license necessary to interact with the service.

6. Data Ownership & License

You own the health data you import into OneVital. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process, analyze, and display your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We never sell, rent, or share your health data for advertising or monetization.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, compromise platform security, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from settings; doing so deletes your encrypted data from our production systems within 24 hours and removes you from future communications except those required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneVital Health is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform — including decisions related to diet, supplements, training, or medical care.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneVital Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in regulation, functionality, or business practices. When we do, we will notify you via email and update the effective date. Continued use of OneVital after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
